Follow Jesus. Lead others to Jesus. Change the world.
What We Believe
At Redeemer Church, we believe that Jesus changes everything. It is our mission to follow Jesus, to lead others to Jesus, and to change the world.
Theologically, we are committed to the core, historic, orthodox doctrines of Christian faith, held by the church for almost 2,000 years and articulated in the Apostles Creed:
We believe in God, the father almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, his only son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. On the third day, he rose from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and from there shall come to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy universal Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.
While we are for more interested in helping people follow Jesus over any denominational affiliation we are theologically Wesleyan and a part of Global Methodist Church, which derives its inspiration from the life and works of John Wesley.
